Submit a Legal or Public Notice

Cascadia Daily News is officially approved as a newspaper of record by order of the Superior Court of Whatcom County.

To submit a legal or public notice for publication in the weekly print edition of Cascadia Daily News, please email advertising@cascadiadaily.com. In your email, include the requested publication date(s), and attach a Word document with the text to be published.  

• The deadline for placing a notice is 12 p.m. the Friday prior to the first date of publication. 
• Cascadia Daily News is published and distributed on Fridays.  
• If you email your notice over the weekend or on a holiday, allow for additional processing time. 
• The ad rate for general notices is $3/L per week. $2.50/L for additional weeks. Other rates may apply, please call or email for additional details. “/L” means the charge per line of copy.
