Western softball lost 7-4 in extra innings to Simon Fraser in the front end of a doubleheader Saturday, March 2. After a mixture of hail and snow began pelting the players during the fifth inning, the tarp was dragged out and the game was delayed around an hour. The second game of the doubleheader was canceled due to weather.
