Meridian, Bellingham, Ferndale, Oak Harbor and Anacortes girls wrestling competed in a round-robin-style dual meet, sprinkled with exhibition matches Wednesday, Jan. 3 at Meridian High School. Meridian lost to Oak Harbor 54-45 and beat Anacortes 58-48. Ferndale beat Oak Harbor 48-30 and also beat Anacortes 58-48. Bellingham’s three participating wrestlers lost to Anacortes 96-6 and forfeited to Oak Harbor.
