After a delayed bloom, tulips paint hundreds of acres across Skagit Valley as the 40th edition of the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival is well underway. Tourists and locals are set to enjoy the rainbow-colored fields on top of Skagit Valley businesses, art pop-ups and endless dining opportunities.
