The second-annual Hoop for the Valley Basketball Showcase was held at Mount Vernon High School on June 16 in remembrance of Ethan Chapin, one of four University of Idaho students killed at an off-campus home on Nov. 13, 2022.

The event featured a full-length women’s game, 3-point contest, dunk contest and men’s game with current and former local prep and college basketball stars.
