The Department of Ecology invites seeks public comment on two legal agreements for the cleanup of the I & J Waterway Site on the Bellingham waterfront. The agreements address each of the two sediment cleanup units that comprise the site. Survey online.

Bellingham is updating its Comprehensive Plan, the document it uses to guide growth toward a 20-year vision for the future.
