Bellingham resident Brian Drake, 31, was arrested Tuesday, Sept. 19 and accused of more than two dozen felonies, including child rape, child molestation, and incest, according to the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office.
The incidents of alleged abuse occurred between 2002 and 2009 to children known to Drake, when Drake was between 10 and 17 years old, WCSO spokesperson Deb Slater wrote in a press release. The release stated detectives took over an investigation of sexual assaults involving minors
