A former Bellingham police detective accused of using a coworker’s dry cleaning allotment pleaded not guilty in Whatcom County Superior Court Friday, Dec. 8, to three criminal charges, including a felony related to the misappropriation of funds by a public officer.Adam “Bo” McGinty, 42, also pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor theft and official misconduct in the case, Skagit County Prosecuting Attorney Nathaniel Block said Friday afternoon in an interview.Block declined to comment further o
