Three Bellingham Public Schools assistant principals accused of failing to report a student's sexual assault have been welcomed back to their former positions as trial looms later this month, according to an email from the school district on Friday, Aug. 18. Jeremy Louzao, Meghan Dunham and Chimere Hackney were criminally cited for failure to report in December 2022, and all three have entered not-guilty pleas. Failure to report is a gross misdemeanor with sentences up to 364 days and a $5,00
