Pedestrian dies after being stuck by semi in Everson

A pedestrian died after being struck Tuesday morning by a semi-truck on State Route 9 (Lawrence Road), just north of George Road in Everson, Washington State Patrol reported.  Troopers had earlier responded to a pedestrian in the roadway in the same area.
