Englert was given a $1 million bail. His arraignment was set for March 4.

Englert was suspected of the crime after police reviewed video surveillance of the 22 North Building from the night of Booker’s death.

Booker’s aunt, Valencia Handy, told Cascadia Daily Booker sometimes stayed at 22 North with a friend. A few days before she died, Booker was accepted into Agape Home, Lighthouse Mission Ministries’ women’s shelter.
