Skagit Sheriff's Office looking for 67-year-old missing person

Skagit County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for 67-year-old Gregory Frank Leonard. Leonard was last seen at 3 a.m., Monday, May 16, walking from his home in the 39000 block of Cape Horn Road in Concrete to an unknown destination.  

Leonard has Parkinson's Disease as well as possible undiagnosed dementia, according to a Skagit County Sherrif’s report. Leonard was last seen wearing what might be a grey sweatshirt or a Carhartt jacket. 

A search and rescue team was sent out to locate Leonard. Please contact the Skagit County Sheriff’s office non-emergency line at (360)-428-3211 with any information.
