A collision blocking the left lane of northbound Interstate 5 near Portal Way in Ferndale around 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 15, was reopened around 6:30 p.m.
Medical aid, fire assistance, and the Washington State Patrol were on the scene, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
