Both directions of State Route 542 will alternate traffic through a single lane near Britton Road (milepost 3) for culvert repairs Monday, Nov. 25 and Tuesday, Nov. 26.
Repair work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days as Washington State Department of Transportation crews excavate a damaged culvert pipe and replace it with a new one.
Most of the work will happen on the shoulder of State Route 542, and flaggers will alternate traffic through the project area. The work is weather-dependent, according to WSDOT.
