Trojans earn 35-12 non-league victory over Knights

Running backs Josh Elmer and Landen Downey each scored two touchdowns for Meridian (2-1) as the Trojans defeated King’s Way Christian 35-12 on Saturday, Sept. 16 at Meridian High School.

Meridian dominated the Knights in its third non-league game of the season, bouncing back from a narrow 21-20 loss to Chelan on Sept. 8.

The Trojans will host Friday Harbor (2-1) for their next game at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 22.
