Second victim sustained life-threatening injuries

A Bellingham man died from the injuries he sustained in a Sunday morning shooting in the Roosevelt neighborhood that left a second victim with life-threatening injuries, police said.

Isaiah J. Mayshack, 31, died shortly after he arrived at the emergency department of PeaceHealth St. Joseph Medical Center by a private vehicle, Bellingham Police Lt. Claudia Murphy said in an email.
