Mosher said he lost the front passenger tire of his vehicle 8 miles away near East Smith Road and Everson Goshen Road, but he continued to drive the vehicle. Mosher lost control of the vehicle near the intersection, striking Savi Bank and destroying two air conditioners. He then crashed through Joanna’s Skin Care Salon 100 feet away, lodging the vehicle into the corner of the business.

Mosher said he had been drinking and police found a set of brass knuckles in his pocket during a search. Investigators confirmed he showed signs of being intoxicated and booked Mosher into Whatcom County Jail on suspicion of driving under the influence, possessing a dangerous weapon, hit and run and being a minor intoxicated in a public place.
