Whatcom County Senior Classic returns

Basketball seniors take the court one last time

The Whatcom County Senior Classic is back.

For the first time since 2019, senior basketball players from all over the county will have their final chance to put on their school’s uniform.

The event will be held Friday in the Jake Maberry Gymnasium at Lynden High School. 

Getting the evening going will be the girls 3-point contest at 6:15 p.m. Following that is the girls game.

The boys event will begin around 7:45 p.m. with the slam dunk contest and 3-point contest. The boys’ game will close out the evening. 

Tickets will be sold at the door for $6 for adults and $3 for students.
